All of our Hunny Bunny Collection products are shipped to you from the U.S. via a secure, tracked shipping method. Please note that we do not ship to islands or P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address

CBD PRODUCTS:
We can not ship any of the CBD products to Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, South Dakota, Mississippi, Washington DC and Hawaii. (red states below)

 

Hunny Bunny Collection only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays) Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following business day.

In case your Hunny Bunny Collection package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please save the shipping box, the Hunny Bunny Collection products, and their outer white cardboard packaging, and email us as soon as possible to hellohunny@shophunnybunnycollection.com

Returns: Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns. Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds: As all our items are exempt from being returned, we do not issue and refunds.

Exchanges: If the incorrect sample/color has been sent, we will re-send the correct sample/color. We cannot make any substitutions or exchanges (for example, the customer cannot request for another color or product instead of the one ordered or purchased)

We stand by the quality of our goods with 100% satisfaction guaranteed! Please email us at

hellohunny@shophunnybunnycollection.com with the following information; 1) your order number, 2) the email address used to place the order, 3) name of the item, and 4) a photo of the damage.

CUSTOMS

Sales tax, customer fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.

Orders shipped to Canada could be charged with customs fees. You may receive a separate invoice from FedEx for these customs costs. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package. Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
