A: We know you’re excited! Your order will be prepared and shipped out within 7-10 business days of order placement.
Q: What is your return policy?

Returns: Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns. Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds: As all our items are exempt from being returned, we do not issue and refunds.
Exchanges: If the incorrect sample/color has been sent, we will re-send the correct sample/color. We cannot make any substitutions or exchanges (for example, the customer cannot request for another color or product instead of the one ordered or purchased)

Q: Type of hair?
A: All types. We recommend for the curly thick and unruly hair to use from scalp to ends. While finer or thinner hair, best to use from id shaft to end.
Q: Are product safe for extensions?
A: All of our products are safe on color treated hair with no sulfates and parabens so they will not strip your beautiful color.

Q: Do your hair products contain synthetic fragrances or byproducts?
A: No, they do not. Each formulation is scented with a blend of all natural citrus essential oils. The main oil that gives the citrus scent is our mandarin and Lavender pure oils mixed with with our patent Almond and coconut oil base.
Our products are made of natural elements that exists in this world, combined with the joyfulness of a mother’s love has inspired Gwen and Coco to create and bottle their sweetest memories.
Q: How are your products colored?
A: Each product is colored with all natural essential oils. We absolutely love this about our products as it is rare that color fully comes from natural oils.
We do recommend keeping the bottles out of direct sunlight to avoid color fading

Pre-styling:
Healing Hair Oil can be used as part of your hair care routine, beginning as a post-shower conditioning treatment. Just a few drops can be applied to your ends or combed through damp hair for a deeper conditioning. There is no need to wash out, simply let your hair absorb the benefits of the oil.
Healing Hair Oil is a wonderful curl enhancer. Simply use on dry or damp hair, comb through with a wide tooth wooden comb or fingers and gently nest into your natural curl shape for a glossy bounce. Finish with Blessed Bunny Spritz for a heavenly blend of sweet and spicy fragrance.
Hair Mask:
Healing Hair Oil is a beneficial hair mask. Add a full dropper to your clean and damp hair, then wrap into a towel and enjoy the benefits of the rich fatty acids and spiritual support of the botanical fragrance to uplift and repair.
Finishing:
Healing Hair Oil is a healthy finish to your hair care routine. Use a few drops (depending on your hair texture) and apply generously to the nape of your neck to receive the full benefits of the CBD oil as lymph support.

A: We are cruelty free at Hunny Bunny Collection! We never test on animals, especially bunnies!

A: No to both! All of our products are sulfate and paraben free.
When creating our products this was one of our goals from the beginning. We wanted to make sure that you still get an amazing lather without SLS or SLES sulfates. SLS and SLES sulfates can strip hair and scalp of natural oils as they are synthetically derived and can irritate the skin.
Q: Are your products vegan?
A: For sure! There are no animal byproducts (oils/musks/fats) in any of our formulations.
Q: Do your products contain nuts?
A: Not directly, but are made with Almond Oil
